Reservation Questions:

Yes. Reservations for any travel event can be made at any time as long as the reservation destination remains open for booking. A travel deposit is required followed by agreed monthly payments till paid in full 30 days prior to departure date.
Once reservation has been completed, you will receive an account summary and invoice. Your account summary will list your monthly payment plan. This is scheduled by default to charge your credit card monthly, or you have option to deselect the automatic monthly billing option.

Payment Questions:

After I make my reservation, how do I make monthly payments?
Monthly payments can be made several ways.

  • 1. Visit the home page at www.wttwtravel.com and select “Account Login” link in the upper right corner.
  • 2. OR — Select the “Review and Pay” link in the account invoice that was emailed to you
  • 3. OR — Schedule monthly payments for your credit card as an option when you make the reservations

Do You provide roommate matching?
Yes, roommate matching can be arranged where noted. Each travel event will list roommate matching when available.
What happens if my roommate cancels their reservations
If your roommate cancels their reservations, you retain the option to:

  • 1). Request a new roommate when roommate match is available
  • 2). Secure a new roommate to join the travel event if bookings remain open
  • 3). Become a single-occupant, meaning your travel will be adjusted to single-occupant rates

When will I receive the itinerary for my trip?
Itineraries are distributed 30 days before event departure date via email.
